Tanmia Consulting utilized Collaboration, Learning and Adapting (CLA) methodology to deliberately focus on iterative learning given clear objectives. This entails utilizing a variety of CLA processes such as: pause and reflect sessions; evaluation workshops; assessments; research and analytical work; Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL); and impact assessments. These are employed to assess what is working, what is not working, and what needs to be adapted to maximize impact.
